LINDA B. ALECKNER

Ms. Aleckner grew up in Arlington, Texas. She attended undergrad at Southern Methodist University before graduating as a President’s Award recipient from Oklahoma State University in 2004. Ms. Aleckner attended Texas Wesleyan School of Law (now Texas A&M University School of Law) from 2007-2010 where she was a member of the Student Bar Association, Texas Wesleyan Mentorship Program and Delta Theta Phi Law Fraternity. Ms. Aleckner passed the Texas Bar Exam in February 2010. After Law School, Ms. Aleckner worked for a Family Law Firm before opening the Aleckner Law Firm, PLLC in 2011. 

In addition to her plaintiff’s personal injury work, Ms. Aleckner advocates for children and represents families against with the Department of Texas Family and Protective Services. As a CASA volunteer, Ms. Aleckner was trained in Trust Based Relational Intervention (TBRI) and Collaborative Family Engagement (CFE.) This makes her uniquely qualified to understand the nature of the stressors and pressures a car accident puts on the entire family. She will fight for everything you deserve. 

When not practicing law, Ms. Aleckner enjoys traveling with her family, playing board games, cooking, camping and hiking, riding her Peloton and attending sporting events.

Jake has been working in the legal field since 2012 after completing a cooperative education program and an advanced sciences/ law management magnet program. Jake works in negotiations and liens, maximizing recoveries and getting reductions. 

Jake is engaged with a young son. He enjoys fishing, going to the beach and camping. He is a cancer survivor.

Maria is the face of the firm, welcoming everyone who comes through our door for the last three years. 

Maria has 4 beautiful children with whom she enjoys going to the park. Maria moved to Texas from Tennessee back in 2005.

Martha has been in the personal injury field since 2010. She’s the initial point of contact for the Clients as they begin to navigate their case. 

Martha enjoys riding bikes with her family and camping.
